Compensation & Benefits

This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.

Initial Base Salary Range: $95,000.00 - $120,000.00

Independently evaluate dimensional and assembly-related deviations, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions utilizing established quality and manufacturing principles.

Investigate atypical geometric and fitment conditions occurring during prototype, pre-series, and series production builds and determine appropriate containment or corrective measures.

Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supplier Quality, Product Engineering, and Dimensional Engineering teams to resolve vehicle geometry and dimensional quality concerns.
