Requirements
7–10+ years of product management experience, with a demonstrated track record of leading complex, high-impact product initiatives in high-growth B2B or fintech environments.
Experience building platform or financial infrastructure products is strongly preferred.
Proven ability to define product strategy that translates into measurable business outcomes.
Strong fluency in technical systems and architecture.
You are comfortable discussing APIs, data models, experimentation frameworks, and system tradeoffs with engineers.
Strong experience defining metrics, running experiments, and using SQL (or similar tools) to guide decisions.
Compensation & Benefits
The expected salary range for this role is $240,000 - $300,000. However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.

Responsibilities
As a Staff Product Manager at Brex, you will operate at the intersection of product strategy, technical depth, and business impact.
You will define and drive multi-quarter strategy within one of Brex’s most critical product domains, leading initiatives that materially shape the company’s trajectory.
You will be expected to identify the highest-leverage problems, frame them with rigor, and mobilize cross-functional teams to deliver step-function improvements in customer value, revenue, efficiency, or distribution.
You will work directly with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and GTM.
Define and own a multi-quarter product vision and strategy aligned to Brex’s highest company priorities.
Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that span multiple teams, systems, and stakeholder groups.
