Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Director of Group Reporting and Technical Accounting to lead all aspects of external financial reporting, group consolidation, and technical IFRS accounting matters.

This role is critical to ensuring we meet our reporting obligations in compliance with international accounting standards and regulations, while providing high-level insight and support on the company's most complex accounting matters.

This role leads a team of accounting and reporting professionals and reports directly to the Chief Accounting Officer.

Lead the preparation and review of our external financial statements, including the annual SEC 20-F annual report and quarterly 6-K earnings filings.

Prepare technical accounting matters for the Audit Committee.
