The Lead Lifeguard is responsible for overseeing the safety of our aquatic areas by managing Lifeguard staff, monitoring and enforcing safety regulations, and ensure compliance for the pool areas.

In addition to monitoring the water safety, the Lead Lifeguard will also be responsible for monitoring the pool deck.

The Lead Lifeguard is tasked with the same responsibilities as regular Lifeguards, but with additional demand placed on leadership, communication, and attention to detail.

Surveying activity in the pool to ensure the safety of all our members and guests.

Perform first aid treatments when necessary.
