Requirements

Integrate performance and observability tests into CI/CD pipelines and production/non-production monitoring.

Provide SLA-driven reporting and actionable insights for internal leadership and client stakeholders.

Maintain a comprehensive test library aligned with Netsmart QA processes, ensuring positive workflow coverage and critical negative-path scenarios.

Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Support, and clients to evaluate release updates and assess system impact.

Ensure automation frameworks and manual test cases remain aligned and up to date.

Proactively participate in requirements, design, usability, and testing reviews, providing QA input during all stages of the SDLC.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a Performance Test Automation Engineer to design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks with a strong focus on performance, synthetic, and observability testing for mission-critical healthcare applications. This role will collaborate closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure systems are reliable, scalable, and optimized for real-world usage. The successful candidate will combine deep technical expertise in automation and performance testing with the ability to deliver clear insights and recommendations to both technical and business stakeholders.

Performance Testing & Automation

Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks covering performance, functional, synthetic, API, and system tests.

Execute performance, load, stress, soak, and scalability tests to identify bottlenecks and performance risks.

Build synthetic tests and observability-driven scenarios to ensure real-time monitoring of client environments.
