Senior Engineer, Technology I

Experience in data engineering, preferably within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.

Experience in data processing roles such as ETL/Big Data developer, data analyst and/or BI analytics developer.

Experience with cloud platforms, big data platforms and one or more general purpose programming languages, including but not limited to: Python, SQL, Spark, Amazon Web Services, Typescript and Javascript.

Experience designing and implementing ETL/ELT workflows and integrating data from multiple sources.

Experience with DevOps principals and version control.

End-to-end experience with data, including querying, aggregation, transformation, modeling, analysis, and visualization.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. The “Winning with Data” (WWD) capability in AbbVie’s International Commercial Business is driving the transformation of the organization into a data and insights driven decision-making organization and is seeking a talented Data Engineer to join our data engineering team. In this role, you will play a critical part in designing, building, and maintaining data solutions using Palantir Foundry to support our data-driven initiatives.

This individual will be a key member of our Data Engineering team and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and driving innovation through data engineering solutions.

Planning, building, and running enterprise class information management solutions on Palantir Foundry.

Designing, developing, testing, and maintaining data pipelines to support Analytics projects within Commercial.
