RFP Marketing Specialist

Minimum of five years of relevant experience in the financial services industry.

$75,000 to $85,000

The starting salary offer will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to the applicant’s education, job-related experience, skills, and abilities, geographic location, and market factors. This position is also eligible to participate in the company’s annual discretionary bonus plan. L&G – Asset Management, America, is seeking an experienced RFP Specialist to join a dynamic team responsible for strengthening L&G’s institutional brand positioning and sales opportunities throughout all key institutional channels while supporting the successful growth and development of its evolving investment capabilities.

The Specialist will also work closely with our Distribution, Client Solutions, Client Strategy, Operations, Investment and Global teams.

Implement, adjust and execute procedures and processes to ensure timely delivery of all RFPs, RFIs, DDQs and Consultant Databases.

Support the RFP team as a senior member, while also developing customized proposals outlines and responses to RFIs/RFPs: foster an inclusive, dynamic working environment that motivates and inspires team members and encourages mutual respect and accountability while ensuring high-quality and accurate proposals are completed, stored and delivered.

Collaborate with internal business partners to create qualitative content and enhance externally reported quantitative metrics.

Analyze and contribute results that impact process.
