Responsibilities

Under supervision and direction of the Facility Administrator, the Lead Licensed Vocational Nurse is responsible for assisting Willow MHRC clients with their psychiatric care needs.

Services are intended to provide stabilization and increased independence for clients with serious mental illness leading to positive clinical outcomes.

Comply with all policies and procedures of Caminar and the medication management protocol to ensure optimal pharmaceutical and client care services.

Attend and actively participate in team and interdisciplinary agency meetings, communicating observations of client medication compliance and response to medications.

Active communication with Willow MHRC treatment team) in support of client needs.

Triage communication from clients to appropriate parties (e.g., treating Psychiatrist), utilizing clinical knowledge within scope of practice to resolve client concern.
