is hiring a full-time Veterinary Technician Lead - RVT to join our Emergency & Specialty animal hospital in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. This is an opportunity for an experienced Registered Veterinary Technician to combine advanced clinical skills with leadership, mentorship, and team development.
As a Veterinary Technician Lead at MVESC, you’ll support exceptional patient care, mentor fellow Veterinary Technicians, and help shape the future of a growing emergency and specialty veterinary team.
$35–$42/hour
Responsibilities
As a Veterinary Technician Lead, you'll provide exceptional patient care while serving as a mentor and resource for your fellow Veterinary Technicians.
Deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency and specialty veterinary hospital environment
Partner with hospital leadership to improve workflows, efficiency, and patient outcomes
Assist with onboarding, training, and development initiatives for Veterinary Technicians
Serve as a clinical role model by demonstrating advanced technical skills and patient advocacy
Communicate effectively with veterinarians, technicians, assistants, and clients to ensure seamless patient care
