Responsibilities

As the Paid Search Marketing Manager for the DE/AT market, you will play a key role in driving growth and profitability through expertly managed paid search campaigns. You will have the opportunity to work on high-impact initiatives, shaping how we connect with both sides of our marketplace - homeowners and tradespeople. We are looking for a high-energy individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to consistently improving performance while exploring new opportunities to innovate and expand. This role reports to a Paid Search Director.

Owning the day-to-day management and optimisation of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns, ensuring they deliver maximum profitability.

Conducting in-depth keyword research, running ad copy tests, and analysing performance to continually improve profitability and ROAS.

Partnering with our Product and Analytics teams to implement advanced reporting and actionable insights.

Staying ahead of the curve by monitoring industry trends, testing new strategies, and exploring untapped opportunities for paid search growth.
