We are seeking a Patient Access Supervisor to support the daily operations of our registration and patient access functions. In this role, you will guide front‑line staff, ensure smooth admission workflows, and help maintain a high‑quality, patient‑centered experience. Under the direction of the Patient Access & Insurance Verification Manager, the supervisor will assist with human resources activities, staff development, process oversight, and department efficiency.

Direct and coordinate the daily activities of Patient Access team members to ensure efficient workflow and high‑quality service.

Manage staffing schedules to ensure proper coverage across all shifts; provide onboarding, training, and ongoing staff development.

Oversee and support timely, accurate, and customer‑focused admission processes.

Serve as the primary liaison between internal departments and external partners, promoting streamlined processes and ensuring required documentation is obtained prior to service.
