Commission Calculation & Analysis:
Assist in the accurate and timely calculation of sales commissions for various sales teams, adhering to established commission plans.
Support the review of commission data, identifying and investigating variances or discrepancies.
Collaborate with the Sales and HR teams to understand commission plan structures and data sources.
