Responsibilities

The Project Manager is responsible for leading and delivering cross-functional initiatives that support stabilization, standardization, and transformation across Service Operations.

This role fills a critical execution and coordination gap by serving as the central driver of planning, reporting, prioritization, and delivery across client services, compliance, integrations, migrations, and operational improvements.

The Project Manager will partner closely with Service leadership, Workforce Management, Operations, Technology, and offshore teams to implement repeatable processes and drive measurable outcomes.

Key priorities include Salesforce adoption, process standardization, offshore enablement, compliance transformation, and enterprise integration initiatives critical to Navia’s next phase of growth.

PMO Leadership & Delivery Governance

Establish and maintain a formal PMO delivery framework for transformation initiatives (charters, scope, plans, timelines, RAID logs).
