Human Resource Business Partner

Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on employee relations.

Proven experience conducting workplace investigations and resolving complex employee issues.

Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.

Strong knowledge of US employment laws and regulations (e.g., FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEO).

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
