Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles and other positions, from refining job descriptions to final candidate recommendations.
Proactively source and engage experienced developers through platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, community and professional networks.
Conduct initial assessments to evaluate technical capabilities and cultural fit.
Partner with leadership and developers to understand team needs and ensure hiring aligns with business goals.
