Support the Macro trading platform and post-trade workflows at the firm.

Monitor system stability and performance, troubleshoot system or data issues, and ensure smooth operation of Macro trading applications.

Manage user onboarding, offboarding, and system changes, responding promptly to user inquiries and ensuring seamless access to Macro position systems.

Configure account rollups and instrument setups to produce accurate analytics and support Macro trading workflows.

Innovate and improve system processes and tools to automate repetitive tasks, enhance efficiency, and streamline workflows.

Coordinate with technology and business teams on production issues and high-impact changes, ensuring alignment across teams.

The annual base salary range for this role is $135,000-$175,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
