Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred.
3-6 years of experience in a process engineering role in a manufacturing environment, particularly in the paint or coatings industry. 10+ years of experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization and quality control.
Excellent data analysis skills, with proficiency in statistical tools and process control systems.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
Compensation & Benefits
This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.
Initial base salary range = $95,000.00 - $120,000.00
