Responsibilities

The Associate Regulatory Compliance Specialist performs administrative permitting, reporting, reviewing of documents, and tracking of regulatory documents for governmental agencies.

This position assists in ensuring full compliance with internal and external rules and regulations while providing support to other regulatory staff as required for the overall success of our operations.

Tracks, gathers, and organizes information needed for regulatory filings/compliance to meet deadlines.

Updates databases and various tracking systems including DSO, Excel, and OneNote.

Reviews documents for accuracy and uploads/scans documents into WellDrive.

Provides support as needed to other regulatory staff.
