Manager, Accounting

As a member of the Accounting team, you will help build processes to ready the Company and the Accounting team for the Company's continued growth. You will have the opportunity to lead and collaborate with teammates in implementing reporting controls and decision support for AppDirect’s growing business. The ideal candidate is an individual ready to jump in to a fast-paced environment, adept at change, and capable of innovating and building controlled scalable processes.

Nice to have:

Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, business administration or related field;

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate and interact with all levels and departments in the Company;

Strong organizational and time management skills;

Manage and develop staff of at least two direct reports;

Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end accounting close;

Develop and maintain financial record keeping and reporting systems;

Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements; assisting with investor reporting as applicable;

Preparing and reviewing appropriate ledger entries and reconciliations;

Maintaining the general ledger system;
