Commercial Counsel

Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including master agreements with GuidePoint customers, reseller agreements, and data processing agreements.

You will manage complex negotiations with sophisticated enterprise customers and technology partners.Provide clear, practical, bottom-line guidance that enables the business to move forward — not just identify risk.

You must be finding solutions.Partner closely with our Director of Legal Operations to develop, refine, and maintain contract templates, standardized forms, negotiation playbooks and fallback positions.Advise on data privacy and security terms embedded in commercial agreements, including cybersecurity-specific contractual requirements.

Partner with internal security and compliance teams to ensure contractual commitments align with GuidePoint's security posture.
