—responsible for orchestrating all field and site‑specific construction activities with precision, accountability, and leadership.

Lead and manage all site activities, including the Chandos' Production System, project design, budget, schedule, performance, subtrades, and profitability.

Provide direction, mentorship, and oversight to other Superintendents and field staff, fostering collaboration and accountability.

Ensure conformity with drawings, specifications, and quality standards, while driving workmanship excellence.

Monitor project budgets and forecasts at the phase‑code and cost‑type level to identify gains and mitigate losses.

Oversee third‑party monitoring/testing in accordance with contract specifications.
