Responsibilities
The Associate Manager, Business Lead role plays a mission-critical role at DoorDash, operating as a strategic integrator at the center of Brand & Creative. This role is where business strategy, brand thinking, creative execution, and cross-functional alignment converge. Reporting into the Senior Manager, Business Lead on Ads, you will serve as a partner to Integrated Marketing, Brand Strategy, and Creative, ensuring our campaigns are audience-first, business-aligned, and built to deliver results.
Act as the Brand & Creative lead for your assigned line of business and/or audience, partnering closely with Integrated Marketing, Brand Strategy, Creative, and Channel owners to drive campaign strategy and execution. This particular role will focus on DoorDash Ads and Co-Marketing
Serve as the connective tissue across Brand, Social, Influencer, Partnerships, Creative, and Production — ensuring the right teams are engaged at the right moments – translating briefs into action and ensuring work is cohesive and consistent campaign initiatives end-to-end, owning & managing production budgets
Become fluent in Expertise in DoorDash’s three-sided marketplace and its business priorities; act as conduits of the business strategy into Brand & Creative.
Protect the integrity of the brand and maintain creative alignment to the brief throughout execution, ensuring the work remains on-brand, on-brief, and built to deliver business results
