What You’ll Need to Succeed

Post-secondary degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience.

Minimum 5 years in conference services, catering, hospitality, or related environments.

5–7 years of supervisory or management experience, including conference management, staff leadership, and operational oversight.

Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.

Strong client relationship management and service excellence skills.

, you will provide leadership and strategic direction for conference service operations across multiple sites in Canada for our client, Deloitte. You will ensure exceptional client experiences, operational excellence, and alignment with Sodexo’s mission and values, while driving initiatives that improve efficiency, profitability, and employee engagement.

This is a 12 month contract role.

Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 (CAD)
