Responsibilities
Increase the company’s efficiency and effectiveness by maintaining financial organization and tracking of electrical projects
Prepare permits, project schedule, PO buyouts, project strategy, submittals, shop drawings, budget and schedule of values for project start up
Maintain daily affairs to stay within budget, address change orders, and prepare billing
Maintain project organization and tracking to include subcontractor performance, material tracking, and coordination of submittals by other trades
Execute project close out including preparation of O & M manuals, warranty documents, and receiving all spare parts
Other duties may be assigned as needed to support business operations.

Job Summary
The Electrical Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial, operational, and administrative performance of electrical construction projects from initiation through closeout. This role ensures projects are strategically planned, organized, and executed safely, on time, and within budget. Key responsibilities include managing permits, schedules, buyouts, submittals, shop drawings, budgets, and billing, as well as tracking subcontractor performance and material procurement. The Electrical Project Manager also leads project closeout activities, including preparation of O&M manuals, warranty documents, and ensuring all required spare parts are received. Additional duties may be assigned to support overall business operations and project success.
