Requirements
10+ experience in implementing and managing manufacturing quality management systems
5+ years leading and managing a manufacturing quality team
Experience in new program pre-production, in process verification, launch, validation and production
Direct experience in injection mold, precision machining, or tool & mold environment
Working knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC), Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T),
Managed through IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 audits as the main point of contact
Responsibilities
The Corporate Quality Manager will provide strategic oversight of the entire quality organization, ensuring alignment between customer quality, supplier quality, program quality, and manufacturing quality. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining manufacturing and production requirements to ensure they meet customer needs and internal targets. They will oversee and lead activities to develop and enhance existing quality metrics, standard operating procedures, ensure program timing, strategic deliverables, and tool and part approval readiness.
