Responsibilities
Ensure security officers are engaged, upbeat, and capable of delivering exceptional guest experiences in a safe and secure environment.
Ensure all security officers are in proper uniform and are not utilizing personal mobile devices for non-security related matters.
Assess, train, evaluate, and coach front line colleagues utilizing previous experience and company-provided programs.
Responsible for ensuring that security office space and equipment are prepared to support security operations; work with adjacent teams to address maintenance, custodial, and facility issues.
Address customer concerns, feedback, and suggestions in a timely and efficient manner.
May be tasked with manging or supporting additional security programs that facilitate security operations.
About the Company
The Part-Time Arena Security Supervisor will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences throughout our venues as they relate to event and building security. The Part-Time Arena Security Supervisor will focus on partnering within Venue Operations and across functions to accomplish work through others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
