Customer Service Representative - Metal

A minimum of 1 year previous customer service experience in customer facing role

A minimum of 1-2 years experience in construction or manufacturing industry in any setting

Self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects, customer phone calls, prioritize workload and work with minimal supervision.

Strong computer skills, extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office suite a must, including Outlook, Word, Excel and SharePoint; experience with EPICOR is a plus.

Strong organizational and listening skills; positive work attitude.

Strong attention to detail

Maintain broad knowledge of product offerings and services of the organization.

Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy and be an advocate for the customer.

Accurate processing and data entry of phone, fax, and e-mail orders in accordance with cut off times and other time constraints.

Coordinate between sales and production to meet customer deadlines.

Maintain good communication channels with product and support staff.

Small project coordination/management.
