Requirements
5+ years of payroll processing experience
Strong experience processing multi-state payroll
Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now
Experience processing payroll in environments with a high volume of hourly or contract employees
Strong understanding of payroll tax compliance, deductions, and garnishments
Experience performing payroll reconciliations (GL vs payroll system)
Responsibilities
Process bi-weekly, multi-state payroll using ADP Workforce Now
Own end-to-end payroll processing for approximately 250-400 employees per cycle
Maintain and update employee payroll records including pay rate changes, deductions, and status updates
Enter and process new hires, terminations, and compensation changes
Resolve payroll discrepancies and process corrections as needed
Manage employee deductions including benefits, garnishments, and tax withholdings
