Responsibilities
Reporting to the Associate Vice President, Analytics and Donor Relations, the Donor Relations Coordinator is an integral part of the data team, and the key gift entry and reporting support for the programs at Georgetown and Oakville Hospital Foundations.
The successful candidate will demonstrate superb organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving skills as they are critical to the role, as are patience, analytical skills. They will have a professional manner and the ability to shift task focus and interact tactfully and diplomatically with a wide variety of people.
This position requires work flexibility of both remote and onsite (2 days per week)
Responsibilities:
Responsible for end to end gift processing and administrative support for the Major Gift, Estates, Employee, and third party vendor Programs in adherence to Revenue Canada’s policies and the auditor’s guidelines
Liaison for external relationships with third party vendors as well as support onboarding set-ip and annual compliance needs
