IT Operations Engineer

You will collaborate with your co-workers to analyze and resolve their issues, from significant system crashes to simple user errors.

You will collaborate with fellow engineers to identify and resolve bugs discovered by coworkers.

You will liaise daily between our Engineering Department and the rest of the organization.

You will investigate and resolve data-related issues leveraging SQL/PostgreSQL.

You will coordinate across the organization to drive the resolution of large-scale outages.

You will assist in maintaining and prioritizing our work queue and backlog both in tickets and project management systems.
