Requirements
Strong Foundational Knowledge:
A solid academic background in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics, with a specialization in control systems and dynamics.
Expertise in GNC Principles:
Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated professional experience in designing and implementing GNC algorithms and control systems for aerospace or autonomous vehicle applications.
Algorithm Development & Implementation:
Proven success in developing and implementing GNC algorithms, including areas such as trajectory generation, state estimation (e.g., Kalman Filters, Particle Filters), and control laws (e.g., PID, LQR).

Design, develop, and implement advanced GNC algorithms for autonomous vehicles and systems, ensuring precise trajectory tracking, stable flight, and accurate maneuvering.
Develop and validate sophisticated control systems, state estimation techniques (e.g., Kalman filtering), and trajectory optimization methods for complex dynamic environments.
Collaborate closely with hardware engineers, software engineers, and systems engineers to integrate GNC solutions, ensuring seamless interaction with sensors, actuators, and computing platforms.
Simulate, test, and analyze GNC system performance using advanced modeling and simulation tools, identifying and mitigating potential flight risks.
Contribute to the entire lifecycle of GNC systems, from conceptual design and algorithm development to implementation, verification, validation, and flight testing.
