Responsibilities

:

Serve as a key talent search partner for the hiring managers at the Senior and Executive Leadership Team level to understand hiring needs, then build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with internal and external candidates.

Partner with leaders to understand workforce plans, attrition, succession concerns, and bench strength to develop talent networks and create ROI strategies.

Build and maintain strong working relationships with the HR Business Partners, Recruiting Team, and Senior Business Stakeholders to understand our company´s needs, department processes, and execute against talent strategies to deliver value.

Conducts full life-cycle recruitment for regular and proposal openings. Full life cycle includes requisition coordination, recruitment strategy development, sourcing, oversight of interview scheduling, coordination of interview assessments, offer extension, and offer negotiation.

Provide creative ideas and innovative recruiting techniques to source qualified professionals. (i.e., social media, employee referrals, internal/external networks). Understand how to apply effective recruiting practices to both passive and active candidates to expand pipeline; profile candidates based on skills, fit and motivation to support retention objectives.
