Responsibilities
Management & Operations (70%)
Oversee end-to-end group bookings, including sourcing, contracting, ticketing, and reporting.
Lead, coach, and support a team of agents while ensuring accountability, quality standards, and SLA performance.
Manage group agreements, contracts, deadlines, manifests, and reporting accuracy.
Strengthen processes, automation, and mid-office workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
Serve as escalation point for complex negotiations and operational challenges.
