Culinary Experience Specialist

2-5+ years of experience in recipe development, test kitchens, food content creation, or professional culinary environments (e.g., restaurants, menu design)

Strong understanding of cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles

Experience developing recipes from concept through execution

Proven ability to write clear, consumer-friendly recipes

Familiarity with digital content creation is a plus

Solid understanding of food safety principals and basic regulatory guidelines

The expected starting salary range for this role is $105,000- $115,000 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.

The Culinary Recipe Specialist will bring our products to life by creating clear, craveable and approachable recipes that inspire home cooks and help them consistently elevate their food experiences.

The role ensures every recipe reflects Kinder’s standards for flavor and quality while introducing fresh ideas that keep our brand relevant and exciting. You will partner closely with digital and content teams to ensure our recipes translate seamlessly across web and social platforms, delivering a best-in-class consumer experience.

Blending hands-on cooking, product testing, and recipe development with strong cross-functional collaboration, this role plays a key part in how consumers discover, experience, and love Kinder’s.
