Quality Assurance Coordinator

3 or more years of experience in healthcare, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, case management or IDD service delivery.

The Quality Assurance Coordinator shall support healthcare compliance and quality assurance activities across the state by monitoring required healthcare documentation, maintaining recurring quality assurance and healthcare reports, identifying compliance risks and trends, and serving as a subject matter resource to program leadership on healthcare, documentation, and regulatory processes.

The role shall provide administrative, management, and programmatic support to ensure high-quality service delivery, including quality assurance initiatives, investigations, compliance monitoring, reporting, corrective-action planning, and organizational process improvement.

Generate and distribute recurring reports to Program Directors and leadership.

Maintain tracking systems, dashboards, and monitoring tools.

Monitor trends and identify potential areas of concern.

Support internal audits and quality reviews.
