Responsibilities
As a Director, Revenue Strategy and Operations in New Verticals at Flex, you will be a key leader in enabling the Revenue Organization to build a GTM strategy and implement a motion to offer Flex split payments to users in new industries beyond rent with our Partners. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Product, Analytics and the General Manager team to build, implement and iterate on a GTM strategy and supporting tactics as we test and create a repeatable way to expand our Partner network in new verticals beyond rent.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience with rigorous analytical problem solving in a complex business context, comfort leading initiatives in ‘0-1’, ambiguous, fast-paced environments, and an exceptional attention to detail.
This is a hybrid position with on-site expectations of 3 days per week in our New York Headquarters (a few blocks from Union Square) or 2 days per week in our SF Hub. For candidates outside of the NY/NJ or SF area, you may be eligible for our relocation assistance program.
Success in this role will be measured by your ability to build repeatable, profitable GTM motions that scale efficiently across new verticals.
Design and implement GTM Strategy inclusive of target partner prioritization, sales motion test and optimization, launch support and post sales motions
