Requirements

5–7 years of experience in third-party risk management, governance, compliance, or related oversight roles with at minimum, 2 years of experience driving and managing projects or programs.

Strong understanding of third-party risk management and risk management fundamentals.

Familiarity with regulatory and security frameworks (e.g., FCPA / UK Bribery Act, GDPR, NIST RMF, ISO 27001) and third-party risk management tools.

Solid understanding of related risk domains: regulatory, channel, fraud, information security, business continuity, data privacy, financial risk, and concentration risk.

Prior experience in TPRM 2nd line function team and/or from one of the Big4.

Experience with sales partner and fourth-party/subcontractor risks.

Compensation & Benefits

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $102,400 -- $191,800 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In New York, the pay range for this position is $132,400 - $191,800


At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.

Responsibilities

The Senior TPRM Consultant

is responsible for supporting the development and management of the TPRM Program framework, specifically for the sales partner ecosystem (e.g., solution partners, system integrators, resellers and distributors).

Success in this role depends on your ability to lead — setting the agenda, holding partners and internal stakeholders accountable to timelines, and driving issues to closure.

The role supports the design, maintenance, and enforcement of TPRM policy, standards, and governance.

In close partnership with risk domain leads and cross-functional stakeholders, this role helps advance program maturity, support regulatory alignment, and strengthen third-party risk practices across the enterprise.

Manage the TPRM governance committees, including preparing materials and strategizing focused agendas that drive risk identification, mitigation, and oversight.
