Requirements

1-3 years’ experience in a social-first creative role, working across multiple clients.

An interest in the healthcare industry and passion for helping patients make better healthcare decisions

Portfolio of social forward creative that makes our jaw drop

Expert in MAC software and Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator

Expertise in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.).

Able to shoot and quickly produce quick-turn, user-generated style and ‘CapCut’ style social content

Responsibilities

Our Social Media Content Creator will play a pivotal role in ideation and execution of content across our clients’ social channels—leveraging your top-notch design skills and artistry in filming and editing breakthrough social content. You're not just creating content; you're crafting an experience, crafting bite-sized pieces of storytelling magic that capture our clients’ essence and ignite our audience's excitement. You are passionate about the life-changing impact that digital communications can have on the healthcare industry and are unafraid to bring bold, unexpected ideas to your teams. You’ll partner with strategic and creative teams and some of the best social and content experts in the industry. This individual must demonstrate exceptional design and video production skills, with a passion for social media and a deep understanding of platform nuances.

Film and produce dynamic video content tailored for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging social media channels.

Edit content with a sharp, creative eye, ensuring every cut and transition is on-brand and ontrend.

Design static and animated content that pushes creative boundaries, adapting brand guidelines for strong social performance.

Collaborate with the social team to brainstorm and execute content strategies that break the mold and set our channels ablaze with engagement.
