Strategic Finance

4+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or strategic finance roles at high-growth companies

Advanced financial modeling skills with the ability to build and maintain integrated operating models and scenario analyses

Strong understanding of financial statements and the relationships between income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow dynamics

Proven ability to translate complex financial analysis into clear insights that inform executive decision-making

Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and structuring open-ended problems into clear analytical frameworks

Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial insights to senior leadership and cross-functional partners

As a Strategic Finance leader at Fay, you'll serve as the financial partner and analytical engine behind some of the company’s most important decisions.

You will own the financial models, planning infrastructure, and performance frameworks that help leadership understand where the business is today and where it should go next. You will work closely with the CFO and executive team to evaluate strategic opportunities, guide resource allocation, and bring clarity to complex financial questions.

You combine deep financial modeling expertise with strong business judgment and executive-level communication skills. You are comfortable translating complex financial data into clear narratives that help leadership make faster and better decisions.
