Responsibilities

As a Strategic Finance leader at Fay, you'll serve as the financial partner and analytical engine behind some of the company’s most important decisions.

You will own the financial models, planning infrastructure, and performance frameworks that help leadership understand where the business is today and where it should go next. You will work closely with the CFO and executive team to evaluate strategic opportunities, guide resource allocation, and bring clarity to complex financial questions.

You combine deep financial modeling expertise with strong business judgment and executive-level communication skills. You are comfortable translating complex financial data into clear narratives that help leadership make faster and better decisions.

This is a role for someone who thrives in high-growth environments and enjoys building from 0 to 1. You'll help establish the financial systems, planning processes, and strategic analyses that become the foundation for how Fay scales. If you're energized by high-impact work, partnering directly with leadership, and shaping company strategy through financial insight, this role is for you.

Own the company’s financial planning and forecasting infrastructure by building and maintaining the operating model that supports budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
