Global Partner Programs Manager

The Global Partner Program Manager drives the next phase of an established, global partner program spanning multiple partner types and routes-to-market.

This role is accountable for program evolution and operational excellence: clarifying program mechanics, improving partner experience and adoption, tightening governance, and building a consistent global operating rhythm across regions and functions.

You will work cross-functionally with Partner Sales/Alliances, Marketing, Enablement, Operations, Product, Finance, and Systems teams to ensure the program is measurable, scalable, and repeatable, with clear KPIs and strong execution discipline.
