Strong experience creating and analyzing Salesforce reports, alongside advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (specifically Google Sheets for data tracking).

Metrics Development:

Design, refine, and implement daily and weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the title department to ensure optimal productivity and accuracy.

Actively monitor daily team metrics, ensuring all 10+ employees are meeting production goals and maintaining high compliance standards.

Team Leadership & Coaching:

Provide real-time feedback, conducting regular one-on-ones and performance reviews to help team members hit their daily targets.
