HRIS Analyst (Plano, TX)

Bachelor's degree in a business curriculum required; Human Resources, Data Analytics, or MIS is preferred

3-5 years of experience in human resources operations and/or program or project management

1-2 years in Workday configuration experience in one or more modules, Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Time Tracking, Benefits

Ability to research solutions and recommend the best scalable solution

Curiosity, learning mindset, analytical and system design skills

Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively both within the People Group and across the enterprise with various stakeholders.  Experience in using analytics and tools that evaluate workforce metrics

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
