Responsibilities
Responsible for the accurate and timely receiving, verification, and system entry of incoming goods—primarily raw materials—following established procedures.
Coordinates safe put‑away of materials, completes picks and deliveries to the production floor, and supports routine material handling activities such as cycle counting, staging/kitting, shipping support, packaging, and general material movement.
May assist with production equipment moves as directed.
This position reports to the Supply Chain & Logistics Manager.
Receive and unload inbound shipments; verify material identity, quantity, condition, and documentation (POs, packing slips, BOLs, COA/SDS when applicable) and complete required three‑point receiving checks.
Accurately record shipment details, including quantities, weights, charges, and space availability; enter receipts into the ERP system and properly label materials.
