Responsibilities
We are looking for a hands-on
Automation & CRM Specialist
to help improve our marketing, sales, and operational workflows. This role focuses on automating outreach, increasing response rates, and building data-driven systems using AI and workflow tools integrated with Salesforce.
You will work closely with our US-based team to implement automation, optimize email and SMS campaigns, and create systems that reduce manual effort and improve conversion rates.
Implement and optimize email deliverability infrastructure (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warming, subdomains).
