Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to join our Administrative team, supporting four Vice Presidents across our Growth and Location Experiences teams.
In this role, you will provide comprehensive executive support, driving efficiency in day-to-day operations and enabling seamless execution across multiple organizations.
As a fully remote company, Life360 continuously redefines how structure, collaboration, and engagement come to life across teams.
This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring our leaders and their organizations operate smoothly and effectively in a distributed environment.
Beyond traditional executive support, you will help foster morale, strengthen team connectivity, and contribute to a positive and productive remote culture.
You anticipate needs before they arise, exercise sound judgment, and confidently take ownership of challenges to help optimize executive time and drive business impact.
