The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:

Based in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Vermont or Washington D.C.: $26.00/hour

Based in New York, New Jersey, Washington State, or California (outside of the San Francisco Bay area): $28/00/hour

Responsibilities

This position is needed to support the video production and multimedia team across the full production lifecycle from pre-production planning and on-set coordination to editing, asset management, and live event execution.

A hands-on internship supporting Twilio's video production and multimedia team across corporate, event, and marketing content  from shoot logistics and on-set coordination to editing, motion graphics, and live event execution, offering broad exposure to professional production workflows in a fast-paced tech environment.

Track and manage video production projects from brief to delivery, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met

Coordinate logistics between stakeholders, vendors, and creative teams to keep projects moving efficiently

Maintain and update production schedules, shot lists, and project trackers across active productions

Organize and manage digital asset libraries, ensuring files are properly named, stored, and accessible
