The US base salary range for this full-time position is $95,000 - $100,000  +5% Bonus + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. (Full-time is defined as regularly working 30+ hours per week.)

The Maintenance Supervisor oversees a variety of functions such as equipment installations, repairs, or modification of equipment for generation, distribution, or utilization of electric energy in the manufacturing facility.  They are also responsible for scheduling, coaching and directing the work of others.

Schedules and provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.

Ensures the Preparation and set up of machinery for scheduled production runs.

Assigns work orders to team for timely required maintenance and service.

Knows and enforces all safety rules and precautions necessary for working with and around hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical apparatus.

Constantly evaluates the state of the machinery and building and makes recommendations for improvement and upgrades.
