Legal Associate

We are looking for a Legal Associate that thrives in a fast-paced and challenging environment. In this role, you will be managing Rubrik's international subsidiaries, supporting corporate governance and statutory filing requirements, and assisting with other corporate and compliance matters.

Manage corporate governance for Rubrik and its international subsidiaries, including statutory and regulatory filings

Work closely with service providers and the finance team to support financial audits and compliance reporting across a number of international jurisdictions

Help build and maintain company-wide and internal legal processes and programs to ensure compliance with legal regulations

Assist with the legal team with corporate transactions (including M&A), helping to track tasks and manage diligence

The Rubrik legal team is looking for an energetic and talented legal associate with a passion for working on corporate and compliance matters in a fast-paced, in-house environment at Rubrik (NYSE: RBRK), a cutting-edge data security company. This position reports to Rubrik’s Senior Director, Corporate Legal and is located in Rubrik’s Bangalore office.
