Interest in retail real estate, site selection, or commercial property strategy

Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations

Previous internship experience is a plus but not required

Conduct market research and demographic analysis to support site selection and new store development

Assist in evaluating potential retail locations through financial modeling and competitive landscape analysis

Support lease administration by organizing lease documents, tracking critical dates, and maintaining real estate databases

Prepare site comparison reports, presentations, and executive summaries for leadership review

Utilize AI tools to help support site selection and manage existing store data

Assist with mapping, trade area analysis, and data collection to support real estate strategy
