You have previous experience working in a heavy industrial work setting
You have strong communication skills with experience coordinating across multiple departments
You have high attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality
You are able to learn new processes and systems quickly
You are adaptable and flexible with the ability to adjust priorities as needed
Responsibilities
to join our Shredder Department.
Conducting thorough inspections of incoming and outgoing materials to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
Identify and segregating non-conforming materials, such as contaminants or prohibited items
Utilizing appropriate tools and equipment to measure and verify the weight, dimensions, and composition materials
Collaborating with the operations team to coordinate the movement and storage of materials within the yard
Communicating and reporting any deviations from quality standards
